Knock, pitch, and close residential sprinkler install and winterization leads. High earning potential with simple, homeowner-friendly offers.
If you’re outgoing, energetic, and enjoy talking to people, this is a fun and flexible job where you can earn great money fast. As a D2D Sales Rep, you’ll be knocking doors to generate leads for winterizations, sprinkler installs, and other simple services. Most of your hours will come during blitz weeks—high-demand periods where homeowners are eager to book before cold weather hits.
You don’t need any sales experience to start. We’ll train you on everything: how to talk to homeowners, how to pitch winterization deals, how to handle basic objections, and how to stay safe and professional while knocking doors. If you’re confident, friendly, and willing to walk, you’ll do extremely well here.
Your daily tasks are straightforward:
Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods
Talk with homeowners about winterizations and simple install options
Generate leads and collect contact information
Explain our services in a simple, friendly, non-pushy way
Help customers feel comfortable and informed
Report leads back to the office and enter notes
Participate in team blitzes for high-demand days
Occasionally film quick content with the marketing team
Most people you’ll talk to actually need winterizations or repairs—it’s an easy and natural conversation.
This is a great fit for someone who:
Enjoys talking to strangers and being social
Likes being outside and walking in the sun
Has a lot of energy and confidence
Enjoys flexible work that doesn’t feel like sitting at a desk
Wants to earn good money in a short, seasonal role
Likes working with a team during blitzes but is also independent
Wants a job where personality matters more than experience
You’ll be knocking doors during the best hours of the day, and you’ll get to see quick results from your effort.
Winterizations are:

You’re not selling something complicated—you’re helping people avoid frozen pipes and expensive damage. Most homeowners appreciate the reminder.
And installs?
You’re just capturing interest and passing the lead along—no pressure, no technical selling.
