Support our customers and technicians by managing calls, scheduling, and daily routing. Fast-paced office role with real impact.
(Fridays and Saturdays, 9AM-5PM)
If you’re friendly, good with people, and naturally calm under pressure, this is honestly one of the most important and rewarding roles in our company. You’re the first voice people hear when their sprinklers break, their yard floods, or they’re trying to book a service. Your job is simple: make people feel safe, cared for, and taken seriously. When you do that, everything else falls into place—better booking rates, happier customers, and techs who walk into jobs already set up for success.
This is an entry-level position, and you don’t need any irrigation experience at all. If you’re good on the phone and you learn quickly, we can teach you everything else.
It’s a remote job, but you’ll come into the office occasionally for meetings, training, filming content, or team events. You’ll need a quiet space to work (if you have loud dogs, kids, or roommates who constantly interrupt, this job probably won’t be a good fit unless you can isolate somewhere). You can use your own laptop and headset, or we can provide them.
You’ll basically run the communication hub of the business. Daily tasks include:
Answering inbound calls with warmth and confidence
Scheduling jobs and managing our service calendar
Adjusting routes and dispatching techs efficiently
Helping customers understand what to expect
Sending reminders, follow-ups, and review requests
Texting customers through Housecall Pro
Chatting with customers via Google and our website
Updating notes, photos, and job details in HCP
Helping calm down frustrated customers and make them feel taken care of
Working with our technicians so they’re set up for success
Building relationships with repeat clients
If you’re the kind of person strangers just naturally open up to, you’ll crush this job.
You’ll use:
Housecall Pro (HCP)
GoHighLevel (GHL)
Microsoft Office (Excel/Sheets knowledge is a plus)
Google Drive
Our website editing tools
Canva
SEO Tools
Content creation tools (optional but available)
We’ll teach you everything—even website building, SEO, and marketing skills if you want them. These are extremely valuable skills in today’s job market and can take you far.
